Physicochemical Properties: White or light yellow fine powder, co***red with zinc oxide produced by direct method and indirect method, it is with fine crystal, large in surface area and easily to disperse. Nanometer zinc oxide produced in the plant is refined by ammonia-ammonium gel precipitation method. It is mainly used to replace zinc oxide produced by direct and indirect methods.
Uses: Used as vulcanization activator and reinforcement agent of rubber and cables, coloring agent and filler of white rubber, vulcanization activator of natural rubber and vulcanizing agent of chloroprene rubber. In plastics, active zinc oxide of fine particles can be used as light stabilizing agent of plastics including polyolefins or chloroethylene, etc.; and co***red with common zinc oxide, it is better in ultraviolet radiation resistant. Meanwhile, active zinc oxide can replace zinc oxide by direct method and indirect method zinc oxide to be used in the trade of pottery and porcelain, enamel, coating, medicine, chemicals and paper. Nanometer active zinc oxide, which not only can make rubber be better in abrasion resistance, tear resistance and elasticity, but also can replace 99.7% of indirect method zinc oxide to make consumption reduce 30%-40% while active zinc oxide is able to replace 99.5% of direct method zinc oxide and 99.7% of indirect zinc oxide, can replace direct method and indirect method zinc oxide to be used in the trade of rubber thereby to improve product quality and economical benefits of rubber trade.
